Secondary (Middle/High) School Supply List
- High School: 1 1/2” - a 3-ring binder with 8 subject dividers
- Middle School: 2” - 3-ring binder with 8 subject dividers
- #2 pencils and pens - replenished during the year
- One handheld pencil sharpener with a shaving catcher
- Loose-leaf notebook paper (500 count) - replenished during the year.
- $25 Fee to ASTEC to purchase your Gift Card or a Gift Card from Staples (only) with the store receipt (Put student’s name and grade on the store receipt.)
ASTEC Scholars will pay a $25 fee to ASTEC to purchase a Staple gift card for them, or they may turn in a $25 Staples gift card that will be used to purchase general supplies in bulk, including poster board, markers, glue, colored pencils, Kleenex, wipes, paper towels, dry-erase markers, erasers, art supplies, and graphing paper, etc.
(Visa gift cards will NOT be accepted). (Use school ID: 70116179 when you purchase from Staples)
Other Useful Information
Backpacks are NOT REQUIRED. Students who carry a backpack must have a clear bag with black trim ONLY (no larger than 14” x 14”). NO OTHER BACKPACKS WILL BE PERMITTED.
Middle School and High School
Textbooks, art supplies, etc., are kept in the classroom.
Scholars are expected to bring paper, pens/pencils, and a library to school every day.
