ASTEC's 2026 Fall Enrollment Happening Now!
Now that the school lottery is officially closed, ASTEC Charter Schools welcomes enrollment from all families and offers available seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
ASTEC processes enrollment forms in the order in which families submit them. Once a grade level reaches capacity, we place additional applicants on a waitlist in the order in which families submit their enrollment forms.
If you are a current student who enrolled during school hours at ASTEC, you DO NOT need to complete enrollment paperwork again!
ASTEC accepts students in the following order:
- Returning scholars who submit their Intent-to-Re-Enroll form by the stated deadline.
- Siblings (of current ASTEC Scholars) in good standing with their sending school, and children of ASTEC employees
- New Students - ASTEC selects new students initially through a random enrollment lottery drawing, followed by an open enrollment process as space becomes available. Oklahoma charter schools are required to prioritize students from their school district, then allow students from outside the district if seats remain available.
ASTEC prioritizes students who reside within the district in alignment with Oklahoma charter school guidelines. If seats remain available, we admit students from outside the district.
New Students
ASTEC Charter Schools welcomes enrollment from all families and offers available seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Enroll
- Click the Enroll Now link below.
- Create your account and sign in.
- Complete the online application (no paperwork required at this stage).
- You will receive a notification about the status of your application.
- If seats remain, you will receive a message with the next steps. (Your message will be delivered to you based on your communication preferences listed in the enrollment form.)
